The Rapid City Area Chamber of Commerce is hiring a full-time Executive Assistant to support the Chamber President in administrative tasks such as correspondence, meeting coordination, agendas and meeting minutes. This position also provides administrative support to the Board of Directors and the board of Leadership Rapid City. Candidates must have office administration experience, be able to handle multiple projects, strong written and verbal communication skills, attention to detail, be organized and able to take meeting notes and create formal minutes. Experience in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook) required. Must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds and be available to work a fluctuating work week to accommodate various Chamber events.
