We are currently seeking a Human Resources Specialist to join our team in Waynesboro, VA.This role will support our recruiting process, payroll and provide other support as directed by the site. As part of this role, the successful candidate will collaborate across multiple departments and staff, have the ability to manage multiple tasks, projects, and deadlines in a time sensitive manner and protect and maintain confidential employee information.

Skills and experiences will include:

  • Provide HR operational support (i.e. talent management & development, master file maintenance, recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, etc.
  • Work with Human Resources Information Systems (Kronos, SAP, etc.) and Applicant Tracking systems (Taleo) to process new hire paperwork, background checks and other documentation and to provide service directly to job seekers fielding inquiries related to these processes.
  • Provide administrative support to various departments on plant including but not limited to Human Resources, Operations, Safety and Maintenance.
  • Participate and provide input on HR related projects.
  • Candidate must exercise high level of confidentiality and discretion.


  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources or related business degree OR must be currently majoring in Human Resources or a business related degree with an anticipated graduation date on or before June 1, 2015
