Description: Provide daily living support to people with disabilities in their home, helping them to achieve their personal goals and desires.  Position duties include, but are not limited to assisting with mealtime, bathing, personal care, positioning, lifting, shopping, budgeting, and community involvement.

Title: Sales Manager

Job Objective:

The Sales Manager is responsible for the development and performance of all sales activities in assigned territory.  Develops, manages, motivates and mentors team of outside sales professionals and provides leadership towards the achievement of maximum profitability and growth in line with company vision and values. Establishes plans and strategies to expand the customer base in the designated area and contributes to the development of training and educational programs for clients and Account Executives (AEs) and Account Managers (AMs).

Responsibilities:

* Calls on existing customers and new prospects with sales team to aid in their success and development.
* Fosters/enhances relationships with these clients and focuses on further market and product penetration and gross margin growth.
* Analyzes sales records and trends and adjusts tactics or recommends opportunities as appropriate.
* Responsible for the performance and development of the AEs and AMs.
* Prepares action plans by individuals as well as by team for effective search of sales leads and prospects.
* Initiates and coordinates development of action plans to penetrate new markets.
* Conducts one-on-one review with all AEs and AMs to build more effective communications, to understand training and development needs, and to provide insight for the improvement of AEs and AMs’ sales and activity performance.

* Insures that all AEs and AMs meet or exceed all activity standards for prospecting calls, appointments, presentations, proposals and closes.
* Delegates authority and responsibility with accountability and follow-up.
* Sets examples for AEs and AMs in areas of personal character, commitment, organizational and selling skills, and work habits.
* Conducts regular coaching and counseling with Account Executives to build motivation and selling skills.
* Maintains contact with all clients in the market area to ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
* Demonstrates ability to interact and cooperate with all company employees.

Job Specifications:

* At least 3 years of verifiable record of success in sales management.

Intelligence Analyst- TASC

We have an immediate need for an experienced All-Source Intelligence Analyst.  The successful candidate will be expected to participate in collaborative analytic endeavors, create analytic products with minimal guidance and to produce and contribute to a range of tailored operational support products that meet our customer’s needs and schedule.  This is an exciting opportunity to support a high profile contract working to solve some of the Nation’s most challenging intelligence problems.

Required Experience:

*         Must possess an Active TS/SCI with Polygraph

*         Minimum of 5 years work experience performing intelligence analysis and producing assessments and finished products

*         In-depth knowledge of various intelligence collection disciplines including SIGINT, HUMINT and OSINT

Job Description
VadaTech is seeking a Software Engineer for our Embedded System Development team. The candidate will be working as part of a small, dynamic team and will be responsible for designing, coding, and testing embedded systems related functionality. Another necessary aspect of the position will be a problem isolation and timely resolution of issues with existing drivers, working with the Applications Engineering Team for a field deployed releases. **This position is located in Las Vegas, NV and the candidate must be willing to move. * Experience with programming/debugging in embedded systems.
