Description: Provide daily living support to people with disabilities in their community based home, including assistance and instruction with mealtime, personal care, shopping, budgeting, recreation, and community involvement. Supports are focused towards increasing independence and the achievement of individual goals. Location: Community Homes Centennial

Date Closed: Open Until Filled
Qualifications: Must have a high school diploma or equivalent and a valid driver’s license. Salary: $9.50 per hour
Hours: 4 Evenings: 3:00 PM – 10:00 PM,
Every other weekend: 9:00 AM – 9:00 PM.
Supervisor: Tara Wilcox
