  • Assist the Shift Lead in the update and maintenance of plant records to include but not limited to training records, inventory control and plant operating standards/procedures
  • Work and operate at heights of at least 80’, be able to adapt to 8, 10 and 12 hours-work shifts to keep the plant operating 24 hours a day and be able to meet call-in requirements as needed.
  • Work hand in hand with maintenance and controls personnel to improve operations
  • Work with hand and power tools and analytical equipment as directed by the Shift Lead.
  • Perform operator level preventive, scheduled and unscheduled equipment maintenance all while adhering to safety policy and equipment maintenance directives.
  • Primary responsibility is to operate the equipment, as needed for an industrial process line controlled by a control panel, screens and medium voltage electricity to include but limited to:

o   Belt and Chain Conveyors

o   Hammer and Pellet Mills and Screens

o   Rotary Drum Dryer

o   Packaging Equipment to include bagging and palletizing machinery

  • Safely operate material handling equipment to include:

o   Warehouse forklifts

o   Variable reach forklifts

o   Front end loaders along

o   Skid steer with bucket and fork attachments

  • Must be able to manage confined space entry, climb steps, ladders and scaffolding; operate man-baskets, scissors lifts and lift up to 60 lbs.

Job Summary:
Primary responsibility of providing the full breadth of MFLC counseling services to military
service members and their families at military installations. These services include non-medical,
short term, walk around counseling, training/health and wellness presentations, provision of
health fairs, and consultation to installation command regarding behavioral health issues. The
counselors work closely with the installation and military branch Points of Contact (POCs) to
assure that the program is provided within scope and meets the needs of the installation.
Requirements:
 Education: Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work or related field
 Licensure: Must be licensed to work at the independent practice level
 Experience: 1 year minimum post-Master’s
 Ability to prove US Citizenship
 Advanced knowledge of brief therapy, solution-focused counseling methods, and
providing consultation

PRIMARY FUNCTION:
Engineer and construct utility transmission and distribution substation facilities. Create specifications and design details for substation layout, foundation plans, equipment arrangement, and electrical construction.  Oversee and manage the installation and upgrade of major substation additions and provide support to customer service and generation construction groups.

REPORTING RELATIONSHIP:   Manager of Substation & Protection Engineering

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

  • Engineer and design substation layouts and equipment upgrades.
  • Create detailed foundation plans, material lists, and construction arrangement drawings.
  • Manage electrical construction projects including contractor site work, major equipment installation, and substation maintenance activities.
  • Design substation control systems, wiring diagrams, and cable details.
  • Develop and coordinate equipment standards and maintenance procedures.
  • Direct maintenance personnel in the installation, verification, and upgrade of substation operational and control equipment.
  • Support system operations personnel during outages and emergencies.

ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Assist and support the other engineering and maintenance activities within the department.
  • Provide project management and administration activities for assigned work.
  • Provide technical support and assistance to other utility working groups.
  • Create and document regulatory compliance requirements and policies.
