Description: Provide support with daily living and goal attainment to people with disabilities in their home. Duties include but are not limited to supporting goal attainment, medications, personal care, daily living activities, and community involvement. Location: Parkview Apartments

Qualifications: Must have a high school diploma or equivalent. Valid driver’s license preferred. Salary: $9.50 + 1.00 special program differential
Hours: 4 evenings a week and every other weekend
